Edwin
Rem was born in 1969
in Zaandam, the Netherlands.
At the age of 12 he started to take
pictures of the
nature around his home. As a self-taugt photographer, wildlife
photography has
become a real passion.
His favorite subjects are birds but also the world of insects is a challenging subject.
Edwin lives in Heerhugowaard, together with his wife Ingeborg and their three daughters.
In 1987 the photography hobby got a huge impulse because of the publication of one of his pictures of the little owl in the german yearbook Nature Photography 87-88.
Since 2005 Edwin is working with digital camera's of Canon.
